Confidentiality

We care about confidential information provided by our Customers. We protect any data, information, document, or files received from our Customers, and we never disclose or use them for any purpose outside the boundaries of our relationship.
We are glad to sign any Non-Disclosure Agreement to certify our confidentiality.

Support

We at Elapsus are proud of the work we do and we take care of providing robust and reliable solutions to our Customer.
For this reason, we always provide free and unlimited support for error correction on all our works.

Maintenance

Customers often need more than a software solution; they also need their solution to be maintained and enhanced as their goals change.
We at Elapsus are glad to provide support for such maintenance on all of our works, as well as on 3rd party software in the event that the customer wants to choose Elapsus as an IT partner.
We also offer full commented and documented source code, as well as Intellectual Property and Ownership of the source code we develop for our Customers.

What We Provide

As described in the How We Work section, we do not believe that Software Development consists of just writing code. We carefully take every step to provide to our customers exactly what they are looking for.

During the Software Development activities, we write documentation in order to document what we have to do, how we must go about it, and most importantly what the customer wants.
